Are you In Network with any insurances?
I am currently in the process of becoming an in-network provider with UHC and Aetna. If you are a member of these plans, please reach out to be notified once my credentialing is finalized. For all other insurance providers, I am considered an Out-of-Network provider.

How do I use my Out of Network benefits?
Using Out-of-Network Benefits (Superbills)
Many insurance plans offer reimbursement for "Out-of-Network" mental health services. If your plan includes these benefits, you may be able to recover 50–80% of the session cost.
• How it works: You pay the full fee at the time of our session.
• The Superbill: Each month, my system (SimplePractice) will automatically generate a "Superbill"—a specialized receipt that contains all the codes your insurance company needs.
• Reimbursement: You submit this document to your insurance, and they mail a check directly to you.
Pro-Tip: I recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card and asking: "Do I have out-of-network behavioral health benefits, and if so, what is my deductible?"
